Niles was absolutely outstanding in our last trophy win in 2020, never seen someone handle Mahrez as well as he did in the semi final... Zinchenko would have tried a nutmeg on him, lost the ball and then cried like a b1tch after we lose if he played in that game.

Happy for Ainsley.

Well done to AMN, been checking the Lyon games since he signed and it seems like he's been getting some good game time, and especially seems to have nailed down the RB spot. Always liked the lad but he seemed pretty miserable towards the end of his time here.

An instant absolute legend of his new club. Proud of him to represent our nation like that 👏🏻

On the sports side, just imagine this! Against a brutally strong Bayern in their most successful era which swept the Bundesliga aside for the past 10 years or so while winning 2 CLs; this man, the legend Granit Xhaka has managed to achieve what many other great Lever players like: Ballack, Ze Roberto, Lucio, Berbatov, Vidal etc.. failed to achieve.
He was the most important player in that Xabi Alonso side by providing them with much needed leadership, backbone and willingness to sacrifice everything to achieve the ultimate success.

Also, off the pitch a leading example of a very honest, hardworking family man.

Short comp but a great one, bossed Veron and Simeone pretty much on his own...

... can't get over how aggressive he was as a ball winner and how composed he was on the ball at the same time, love the power of his passes and how most are going forward.
