It can be, it can also be right midfield. A good way to find out is to double check against Whoscored which lists RWB as DMR (defensive midfield right). Also, Porto played with wingbacks in 1 game last season in Liga NOS
I'll give you credit though, Corona was indeed RWB in that one game

A ver cabrones!!! Tecatito Is not RB... I am from Mexico, I know how he plays and he is not for PL and not good defending. He is not fast, his best qualities are intelligence and dribbling. He is more suited to play CAM than RB. Yes maybe in Portugal he could help for a couple of games as RB. But not in England.
