Imagine if Arteta or Edu were out there posting cr@p ever time Özil dialled in another atrocious performance. The double standard is unreal. Loved him as a player but Özil was visibly toxic in his decline. Shockingly unprofessional.Still dividing the fanbase after all this time. Quite phenomenal tbh. The bloke has a point though, we all remember the savage ‘Trust The Process’ tweet, which some Özil ultras insisted was actually a show of support for Arsenal and was not a piss take.
If that's what you gleaned from my comment.......Not OK for a former player to criticize the manager? You must hate Thierry Henry then...
Have to love some fans reasoning. If they go down into the Championship that could open up all kind of hurt for them.Good luck with paying off over £1 billion of debt in the Championship

That’s a harsh assessment. Nobody knows the whole story of why Özil was excluded from the team, but he was obviously a little upset by it. He kept quiet for long periods and when he was finally got rid of, a ‘Trust the Process’ tweet is a pretty mild come back at Arteta.Imagine if Arteta or Edu were out there posting cr@p ever time Özil dialled in another atrocious performance. Funny how the article mentions their win in December but makes no mention of their defeat in the other game. Lol.Arsenal the perfect destination for muted Harry Kane to turn up the volume | David Hytner
