Pathetic decision. How can you pick the player in your team who regularly makes most mistakes, as club captain. This decision has cut Emerys lifespan at this club by atleast 6 months.

The thing is, there are not many good choices. Tierney & Holding maybe, but they are young. Tierney is too recent addition. Holding is not yet starting CB. We talked about this in Emery topic yesterday.
I'm not Xhaka fan, but he has made one silly penalty this season? Maybe couple ****ty passes. He has certain toughness that many of our players don't have. Like Bellerin or Aubameyang.
Those kind of persons only lead by example, Xhaka can be a brick wall staring at opponents and referee nose to nose.
