Seriously though, why not bring in the boss for these last few matches on a consultancy basis to offer his insight?

He has successful experience in this area.
I don't think that would be on the cards. It would be more an informal thing. I'd love to see him more often at the stadium though.

I think it was right that Arsène wasn't around during Emery's reign and the early part of Arteta's. A manager of that magnitude casts too much of a shadow no matter how good his intentions (as we often saw with Fergie ghouling around in the stand at Old Trafford)

Now the club and fanbase are in a much better place, there's really no downside to not incorporating Arsène back into the club in a non formal capacity if that is what he wishes. I think the players and fans would love it tbh.

Not sure he wants to, and that is perfectly understandable.

I think for the club it would be good, but it's his call

Yeah, I've no issue with it at all if that's the case.

The club has moved on and so has he, that's totally normal.

The memories will always be there anyway.

Not trying to make excuses if we end up losing tomorrow but I do hope people keep their heads.

Gut feeling is it’s still slightly too early for this group to win the league but we’re oh so very close.

What Mikel has done is magical, he’s brought us back to where we should be. He deserves next season no matter what but ultimately the expectation will now be to win the title. If he cannot achieve that at a third attempt (and also doesn’t win any trophies) then it’s time for someone else to have a go. As long as they’re the correct fit of course.

What I’ve witnessed at times this season is the best football I’ve seen from us since I was like 10 years old ffs.

Weird post, right before a do or die NLD.

They are rubbish, I think we’ll batter them.

I’ve learnt that in one off NLD’s it doesn’t really matter. The form they’ve produced in 2024 is ****e but they’re gonna be a nightmare tomorrow.

Goal is to shut them up early, it’s not Anfield where the crowd is a 12th man and it’s not the Etihad where they have bundles of quality.

BUT… with the occasion being what it is I’m not feeling it.

Arsenal Quotes

When you grow up with a club and you end up playing for them and winning things, you are from that club. I was born here. I was formulated here.
