Before Sanllehi I'm not sure how much we could rely on him, but he's a bit more reliable for Arsenal news now. Not sure if he's Tier 1 yet, so I'd say Tier 2.

Highs and lows. Mostly lows of course but his few Arsenal related highs and the relationship with Raul Sanllehi make him tier 3 for me.
