Seems very strange that Everton get docked points mid-season when they're comfortably above relegation - essentially non-punishing them - but Leicester get put in a hole to start their season.
This mean they'll get point deduction when they get promoted?
If they’re guilty, they’ll get a points deduction whatever league they’re in.

It’s more a criticism of how Everton was handled. Punishments should always be from the start of the season, and ‘punishing’ a team by docking them points when they’re comfortably mid-table isn’t a punishment at all.
