No he isn't. Every player here currently is here because of Arteta not because of Wenger. Arteta had the chance to bin most of them, but kept them here. That is on him. You bash Wenger for signing Mustafi, but Arteta was on his knees begging him to stay ffs. He gave Xhaka a 4 year contract and has made him a mainstay in his team since he's been here. He gave Auba a big contract. Extended ESR, Saka and Holding.

Signed Cedric and Mari to long term contacts. Specifically requested for Ødegaard and White. He okayed the signing of Partey and Gabriel. Chose to keep Bellerin when we got offered 20m last season. Chose to keep AMN when we got 20m offer from wolves.

We've still got some very good players but too much dross that should be nowhere near the first team, like Xhaka, Holding, Cedric, Kola and possibly Chambers (He's ok as a RB utility). All five started and you just cant have that. Replace those 5 with those that were out and we're elevated significantly. Once they are, we'll see what we can try and look forward to one day.
