Yh I'm just going by Allardyce's comments here, it sounded like he didn't rate his performances in midfield for WBA, or at least compared to the abundance of quality we have at CM like Elneny and Xhaka.

Yeah, I think that was probably due to him wanting that when he moved to WBA and all the false reports surrounding him that he wants to play CM but he’s never come out and said it.

I don’t blame him for wanting to play CM for WBA. It’s the equivalent of starting a new job and knowing you’re overqualified for your current role. There are other positions still available in the company that are more suited to you as a lot of your colleagues in those departments are underperforming, also deep down you know you’re better than them.

Would you stick to your current role or choose the one that’s more suited to you?

also promoting Arteta from head coach to Manager is worst decision i even seen who does that these days? nobody give a manager full control these days. just weird decision from the board that time Arsène with all his experience struggled to do a manager job in last few years in his time here and you gone give an newbie that title no wonder the amount of bad mismanagement because Arteta is new in this and can't make his mind up.
