I don't think a lot thought that much of Martinelli. No issue with this signing, not a lot of money, give him a season or two on loan to see how he develops...

Martinelli was barely 18 though this guy is 23 and never been capped by Brazil at any level.

Thought i'd watch the Gremio v Flamengo game in the brazil cup to catch a glimpse of this guy before our firendly against Barca. He looks OK. Nothing spectacular from him. He's playing RW in this game. Flamengo have just gone 2-0 up. Seems an odd signing so I wonder if he could be replacing someone on the way out?
