I'll be real though I don't like that he took your belt and made you walk home with your pants round your ankles. That ain't cool man.

Heard @Trilly was flexing @OnlyOne belt at his graduation like this:

It's like "Arsenal eye £50m talisman".

I picture edu peering from a distant market stall at them through a crowd, whilst fondling the watermelons.

Guehi is good but this seems like a smokescreen. Sutalo looks likelier. Have said before aswell but we should really be looking at Tosin from Fulham.
Signed Šutalo on FM. Looks tidy. Wonder if they got the scouting right for him. His progressive passing numbers look very pedestrian on FBRef.

Mad Croatia are still a talent factory considering their size.

Normally these smaller nations have two or three good tournament cycles then they’re done.

Same with Uruguay. Can’t really fathom they only have about 3.5m population and still churn out the likes of Forlan, Godin, Cavani, Gimenez etc only to follow up with an new generation of Ugarte, Valverde, Núñez, Olivera etc.

Yeah so true. Likes of Paraguay and even Colombia or Chile have failed to be as consistent in reaching tournaments like Uruguay have.

Massive footballing culture with young kids commonly playing football, suitable genetic pool, several flagship clubs (Nacional, Peñarol, Danubio etc.) with excellent infrastructure and scouting. Same with Croatia and Dinamo Zagreb.

It's definitely super impressive, especially so when you come from a country like Turkey, which has some of the same ingredients but fails to miserably when it comes to infrastructure and scouting that we are nowhere near as successful as they are.

The Yugoslav football team would’ve been a perennial contender for World Cups and Euros if it survived.

Imagine the likes of Dzeko, Modric and Oblak in one team 🤯

Turns up only when we lose
These links to Guehi keep on resurfacing, it doesn't make sense since he's not the required height we need to play in our backline and it makes more sense to play for United due to gametime.

Granted Guehi can play both LCB/RCB but can't we find someone better than him, plus Chelsea have a sell-on clause (25% on Guehi so we're helping them once again after that Havertz stinker.)

Also Guehi is not that great aerially. Other than Tomi and Gabriel, we don't have another CB who is good in that aspect, in Europe, teams love pumping crosses

That's, like, your opinion, man.

Makes little sense unless Gabriel is gone next summer and we're preparing for it.

Even then, you'd figure we have more pressing matters, given the need to sign two midfielders in the summer depending on how Havertz/Fabio/ESR all do until the end of the campaign + getting rid of Partey.

No more center backs mikel come on man our back line all contains center backs Saliba White Tomi Timber Kiwior Gabi all very good one too. Get a natural fullback or get midfield that what we missing.

Arsenal Quotes

Don’t be scared to be ambitious. It’s not a humiliation to have a high target and to fail. For me, the real humiliation is to have a target and not to give everything to reach it.
